Down and out and out and out

So, i've been feeling really stressed out and bummed out and sad lately. I know this is about the thing about my old job but i'm not gonna mention it here since it won't matter and it would still be my fault even if i feel like its not entirely my fault.

Why is it that my brain doesn't stop overanalyzing things. Like it turns things over and over and over like it would present a solution when it gets turned over and over and over inside my head, when most of the time, it doesn't. Come on brain, you've done this hundreds and millions of times before, get over the turning over and over of problems cause you know there is no easy solution, solutions always are hard. They are mind boggling and stressed outing (ok not a word, but still) and all together tiring. But yeah, i have to do this solution thing, cause otherwise, i will always be haunted and stressed out.

Any ideas on blocking out things and just be peaceful inside thy head and brain...ok stop it brain, there you go again.

Government Forms (I love turning them into excel formats)

My job requires me to fill out government forms once or twice every month. And it can be frustrating when you cant just type things into it rather than write things into it. Writing in this forms can be time consuming and it can be frustrating looking through the web for forms that has excel formats of this certain government forms. So for those who are as frustrated as I am, I have here a few forms that can be edited with excel, or as what i call it excel format forms (i don't know if i should call it that actually, but yes i'm running out of ideas). And this are common forms use in the PH that i have tried so hard to search if they have excel formats but failed to find one. And if im violating anything by converting this to excel, just do let me know. :)

And yes i have actually tried some pdf to excel converters, well one to be exact. Nitro cloud, it doesn't work. The thing just picks up a few discernible words in the pdf and puts it into excel and voila!, it just wasted my time.

And if you want a form to be turned into excel i can maybe help you, as my post title says, i love turning government forms into excel formats. So just message me here and tell me the form you want to turn into excel and i'll do the rest. Just make sure im not violating anything by doing this forms though. :3

GRIMES..New Favorite Artist of Mine

GRIMES, i found out about her through randomly browsing videos in youtube. At work, i usually listen to music by browsing through videos. And this is a good tip by the way for those who want to discover artists and bands that has the same genre as the video they are currently watching. Youtube has this suggested videos thingy and i love that thingy, cause that thingy brought me to GRIMES and other great bands and artists. So back to GRIMES. If you are partial on artists name, or you think the name of an artist should always be classy and catchy, then you would overlook GRIMES instantly, because, yeah well, an artist named GRIMES, i mean, yeah its not your usual mainstream artist name, so get away from here, cause this is not mainstream. And grimes is so unlike her name, well maybe a little, but let me post a picture.

She is so cute, and the way she plays live, ok ive only seen videos, cause i was not able to catch her when she had a gig here in Manila last March 15, 2013 (i'm actually cussing right now cause i recently just found out about this...eff!), is really amazing. Because she does all the sounds and the vocals and all of those other sounds playing on her songs. I sometimes close my eyes with my headset on and listen to every bit of sound being played in her songs, i find it so amazing that she alone was the one who conjured all those sounds. And here's a video of her live and being amazing.

She actually have this certain eccentricity and weirdness that I love. And i also love her idea of not having the lyrics to her song be known because she wanted the lyrics to be what the listener wants it to be. Like, it could be anything to you, but it can be different to others. I think i read from a comment once that she liked listening to songs with different language and that she actually puts meaning to them even when she doesn't know the exact meaning of the words and the song, and thats what she wants to bring to her listeners.

And if you do want to listen to grimes, you could check out the top three songs i love from her. Genesis, Oblivion and Nightmusic. And those songs have videos too, so you should definitely check them out because they are really amazing videos. I actually also love her song Vanessa, and i urge you to watch Vanessa because you need to tell me if you get as freaked out or a bit scared as i am at the end of this video.

I love grimes, because i have watched her interviews and she describes things and her process like she is just so full of knowledge and she is such a talented girl. She also draws her album art and stuff. She is also very hands on with the production of her album, and i think thats why everything about her song is just so mesmerizing. All the comments i see on youtube are like "she is so weird but im so hooked". Like, i dont know what it is either but she has this charm and her songs just pull you. There have been discussions about her illuminati involvement, but who knows. I prefer to think that she has pure talent and thats what makes people so into her despite the certain lovely weirdness.

Old Clothes and Recycling Them

Ok, so i decided to spend my Saturday sorting through old clothes and kinda tweak them because i'm saving up for a trip next week. We're gonna be, and by we i mean 5 or 6 friends and me, will be in Cavite for four days. So that means i have to save up for a four day trip.
So anyway, i also decided to try out this fabric pastel thing from pentel.

So i took out clothes that has this visible splotches of bleach and covered them up with a black pastel design.

And the instructions were to iron the design using a paper atop the design to make the design washable and permanent. So I did just that, and I haven't gotten around to washing it but I repeatedly rubbed my fingers onto the design to see if the color would rub off, but it didn't so i think that it's a success.  And if you are wondering where to buy this pentel fabric pastel, i bought it in National Bookstore and it costs about 75 pesos i think.

And we actually have a little dress up theme on our trip. We decided on floral design dresses and shirts and the likes. So i looked through old clothes and found this floral short.

I then started to cut it up to how a skirt should look like and prepped up my sewing machine and sewed my new floral skirt..yay, didn't even took 30 min. to do this i think. And this saved me a trip to ukay-ukay, cause i was actually planning to go there earlier today to look for something floral to wear.

And i also found moms old jeans that used to not fit me but now does fit me (i'm getting fatter). So i also cut it up to how short i want it to be.

And then i wanted to have this short to have that worn out rugged look so i pulled and pulled on the threads at the edges and here is how it turned out.

All in all ive had a productive Saturday and tomorrow i will continue this customizing old clothes thing, cause i do actually enjoy customizing old clothes.

First Blog...better late than never

Ok, first off, Andromeda Star is not my real name, I decided to create a fake name for this blog because I am going to write what I think and there would probably be people who I know who will be mentioned and those same people may violently react to my opinions because they are people, they will react, and it may not be violent, but all the same I prefer that they be left in the dark about what I write. But of course, if I do talk about this people, I will make sure that I also don't use their real name. 

This blog is for the sole purpose of letting my mind breathe. Yes, breathe. My mind is like this thing that keeps on spinning ideas and what nots...haha. What do you call that thing that spins and creates thread, well, i'm in a hurry and I don't want to google it so lets just call it a thread spinner. So yeah, my mind is like this thread spinner, it spins and spins thread, day and night, but the problem is it isn't getting out of the room. Like, it just accumulates, and now its about to explode so here I am writing thoughts and ideas to create more space for more thoughts, or thread. And so why am I blogging this thoughts. I actually have no proper answer to that. I just want to I guess, because I know that some of this thoughts I have are quite interesting. Like for example, do you know that we have a cat that likes to have his tummy rubbed? I mean come on, thats really rare. A dog loves that, but a cat?? Seriously, that is some major thing. :D

But seriously serious enough, I really do have thoughts or ideas that I think can be interesting enough for a random someone to read and be delighted with. But thats just a second purpose I guess, my main purpose is letting my mind breathe. So heres to letting my mind breathe. And may the people I know in real life not find out that i'm blogging about a fake them..haha.
